Returns & Exchanges

We have a NO RETURN policy on our figures. ALL figures and statues sold through our site is NON-REFUNDABLE and FINAL SALE. 

We only allow exchanges for manufacture defect. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@exo-6.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre Order deposits are non-refundable. By purchasing this listing, you are agreeing to forgo any rights to refunding or return if you choose in the future to cancel the pre-order. The deposit will go towards your overall cost of the figure. Please email customer service at hello@exo-6.com if you have any questions at all. We are more than happy to discuss the details with you.

I just pre-order XX, does this mean I have one figure reserved for me?

Yes, when it comes time for shipment you will pay the remaining balance in an invoice that we send you.

When will we receive final invoice for the pre-order?

You are welcome to fulfill the remaining pre-order amount on our website as soon as the listing shows. We will send you an invoice when we are ready to ship the item to you. 

Is it possible to pay the remaining pre-order balance early?

Yes, as soon as the Remaining Balance listing is present, you may, at your will, complete the payment at your leisure until we invoice you for final payment. The remaining balance invoice will come when the figure or collectible is ready to ship.

Will you be releasing Khan, Voyager, TNG, TOS, (etc) figure soon/in the future?

As you have the world wide license, will that allow for you to sell uniform and accessory sets so that we might build our crews and add "background" figures in proper uniforms? Add away teams with expendable figures from our collections?

Hello will there be distributor for EU or should I order directly from you ??

You have the option of ordering from us, but we don’t have EU distributor, yet. But you can always order from us. 

Do you ship to X?

Yes, we ship worldwide on our website straight from our warehouse in China for a flat rate of $25. 

How will the product be packaged? 

Our standard packaging will be a brown sturdy and firm shipping box on the outside with the art box (labeled with Star Trek Graphics) on the inside.
